Gentle strands of water hopping down the rocks of Smoke Creek Falls as it flows out of Green Lake, Orchard Park, NY decorated with colorful fallen leaves of the fall season. Hum of the water, wind in the leaves above, a lightly chilly feeling, hidden from the world in the ravine, a simple and wonderful connection with nature.

Green Lake is in the Yates Park, Orchard Park, New York, just a few miles south of Buffalo, NY. The lake, the park, and some surrounding land were donated to Orchard Park by a local businessman Harry Yates at the beginning of the twentieth century.
