Green Lake covered with a layer of ice and a thick puffy blanket of snow moments after sunset. A really magical winter moment offering a unique view of this small lake in the signature season of this corner of Western New York.

Green Lake is in the Yates Park, Orchard Park, New York, just a few miles south of Buffalo, NY. The lake, the park, and some surrounding land were donated to Orchard Park by a local businessman Harry Yates at the beginning of the twentieth century.
