The Coyote Cafe Mexican restaurant on Main Street in Hamburg, NY as the darkness slowly settles in and the lights of the storefronts come alive and highlight the colorful mural. The still wet sidewalk from the rain that just stopped reflects the colors back up into the scene. The restaurant opened in 1993 and in 2000 the back bar section was added.
Hamburg, NY takes its name from Hamburg, Germany. The town was formed in 1812 and is located south of Buffalo on the shore of Lake Erie and along the Eighteen Mile Creek.
