Bílá Opava Cascades

A wonderful creek in Jeseníky Mountains of the Czech Republic with a nice educational hiking trail leading along, with boardwalks and bridges taking you on both sides of the creek. While hiking this trail you will see several waterfalls, cascades, rapids, and rock formations, as well as enjoy the wonderful forest the creek flows through. It's a true gem and so much fun!

Jeseníky, or "Hrubý Jeseník", is a mountain range in Northern Moravia, enclosed by the towns of Jeseník, Vrbno pod Pradědem, Rýmařov, and Šumperk. It's the second highest range in the Czech Republic after Krkonoše. The highest peak of Jeseníky is Praděd, with elevation of 1,491 meters above sea level (4,891 feet). There's a 162 m (531 foot) TV transmitter at the top.
