Gingersnap Patisserie bakery and cafe is a wonderful recent addition to the village of Orchard Park NY, open since 2022 at 6572 E Quaker St. Tasty pastries, deserts, and coffee based drinks as well as meals. They usually have a few gluten free deserts available, providing a unique advantage.
