The Coyote Cafe Mexican restaurant on Main Street in Hamburg, NY as the new day starts and before the sun rays reach down. Quite a wonderful colorful scene.

The restaurant opened in 1993 and in 2000 the back bar section was added. Dare I say, it's the best Mexican far and wide.

Hamburg, NY takes its name from Hamburg, Germany. The town was formed in 1812 and is located south of Buffalo on the shore of Lake Erie and along the Eighteen Mile Creek.
