The front gate of Milotice Chateaux. An original hand-made 5" x 7" cyanotype print from the Czech Republic. The chateaux was built in the 14th century.

In this version, the tone curve has been adjusted based on a test tone swatch cyanotype print to open up the shadows and protect the highlights.

Photographed with a 35mm Nikon FE camera on Kodak Double-X 5222 black and white negative film. Chemically printed on a hand-coated watercolor paper (Shizen Design Professional Grade Cold Press 100% Recycled) using the cyanotype process invented in 1842.
