Colors of Sunrise at Shipwreck Beach

Shortly after sunrise at the Shipwreck beach the warm sunlight bathed the lava rocks and seaweed with its beautiful light and made the droplets of the incoming waves sparkle. I loved the happy tropical island scene! What made it better? Vacationers do not like to get up early, at least not too many of them. As such, one can have a beautiful beach on Hawaii to themselves, even if for just a few moments!

Shipwreck Beach, also known as Keoneloa Bay, one of the Po’ipu beaches on the South Shore of Kauai, Hawaii (HI). It's also the start of the beautiful Mahaulepu trail that leads along the coast to Mahaulepu beach.
