Kicking the Dust

Kicking the Dust

Bull riding at the Rimrock Rodeo, Fruita, Colorado. Being on top certainly wins over eating the dirt.

Whether you stop by for the rodeo only or time your visit to the Colorado National Monument for a Tuesday and finish a day of natural exploration with something a bit more intense, I'd definitely recommend spending the evening at the Rimrock Rodeo. If nothing else, you will get a nice dose of the American West served to you on a plater.

June - August, 4:30 - 9:30. Professional rodeo 7:30 - 9:30.
