Peace Bridge from Buffalo, NY to Fort Erie, Canada over he NIagara River after Sunset.

Peace Bridge at Sunset

Peace Bridge just after sunset and moments before its illumination comes on. With the day over and light fading everything feels calmer and slower. What will the next day bring?

Peace bridge forms an international border crossing between the cities of Buffalo, NY on the US side and Fort Erie on the Canadian side. It bridges the Niagara River as it flows out of the northeast side of Lake Erie. The bridge has two sections. A through-truss span over the Black Rock Canal, and five arched spans over the Niagara River. Peace Bridge is 5,800 feet (1,768 meters) long. It opened to public in 1927.
