On the Road Again, A Dirt Gravel Road under a Blue SKy in Winterset, Iowa (IA)

On the Road Again, A Dirt Road This TIme

There are many reasons to visit Madison County, Iowa. The movie famous covered bridges are there, John Wayne's birth place is there, but as in this photo, it's also a place with roads, both paved and gravel and dirt. ROads are important when one is on a road trip.

In this photo, the bright almost white gravel road out-shined the clear summer sky above and pointed the way. The way to what though you ask? That is the mystery behind the roads vanishing in the distance, giving us all the freedom of our own interpretation. It can be what you want it to be!
