Nik Wallenda Eve at Niagara Falls, ... Good Luck Man!

I had a way around tonight anyway so I stopped by and checked out how the preparations are going for tomorrow's tight rope walk.

 

The rope to walk on is stretched and ready to go as are a bunch of other cables that a cool zip line camera can slide along and go up and down too. Pretty cool contraption!

Even got  chance to see the cool camera in action. Since I did not watch the news I am not sure if this was just a photo shoot, or a practice.

Yes, it is pretty high up, yes, it is pretty long of a walk over the gorge, yes, it's rather misty over there with unpredictable gusts of wind and mist in various directions, but as I was walking around tonight what I was wondering about the most was the one inch bugs filling the air, and the flocks of seagulls checking out the rope!
