Looking forward to less white and more green

This has been a decent winter season. Not cold enough to freeze Lake Erie solid and for long but enough to ice it over behind the break wall around Buffalo's waterfront. I got my opportunity to enjoy some winter scenes along the shore unlike last year when it was just way too warm.

I had many more winter locations on the list that I never got to and they will have to stay on the list for another year. At this point, I must admit that despite all the fun I am ready to trade the white in for the green.

So here, I return back to last August and a wonderful summer day in Green Mountains, Vermont. Scenes like this are something I look forward to very much! What is it about cattle, Scottish Cattle here, that adds to the beauty of a landscape?

Have fun transitioning to Spring!
