Zine Issue 2: Chasing WaterfallsTea and a Zine I have some very exciting news today! I'd like to announce the availability of my second photo zine, Issue 2: Chasing Waterfalls! It's available today and you can easily have it by clicking through the links here.
It's a selection of black and white analog photographs from our 2018 camping trip covering the waterfalls of Robert H Treman State Park, Buttermilk Falls State Park, a glimpse into Watkins Glen State Park, and the gorgeous Letchworth State Park. And it's not just waterfalls, there are a few other treasures encountered along the way.
The zine is press printed into a 8.5" x 5.5” landscape format booklet. It has 16 inside pages plus the cover and back image and offers the total of 19 previously unpublished black and white photographs. Each photograph is captioned with the location.
All of the included photographs were shot on Pentax Spotmatic and Fomapan 100 black and white film, and developed using Kodak XTOL developer.
The purpose of this zine is not to make money but to share my photography in a non-digital format. That concept is reflected in the zine's price. It is only $5.00, which includes $2.00 of charitable donations:
I have selected these two organizations based on this project and the photographs included in the zine as my way of giving back.
