terraPIN ACMEterraPIN ACME, Kodak T-Max 100 The recent pinhole photography posts don't follow a chronological sequence. Today's post would go in between Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day (WPPD) 2025 and North Carolina Outer Banks: First Vacation Roll from the terraPIN ACME Pinhole Camera. WPPD reminded me how much I enjoy pinhole photography and how much I liked the photos from my 3d-printed terraPIN ACME camera. Therefore, it went with me on a walk through beloved Chestnut Ridge Park. For a change of pace, I loaded it with color, specifically the Kodak Ektachrome E100 color transparency.

With color film, especially transparency, the usual vignetting of this wide angle camera takes on some additional quirks. As everything darkens from the center towards the corners, colors shift. You'll see below how a bright cyan sky turns into a dark blue, a similar look as if the sky was over-polarized, and gradually to black at the edges.
