It's amazing how things can change in just a decade or two. I still remember when this used to be a barely known place. You could go almost any time, including weekends, and not meet anyone along the way. That has definitely changed now! On weekends, the new parking lot on route 277 fills up and the hike can feel like a stroll through a mall, including the coffee cups in people's hands. Weekdays are better based on your choice of time. And I still like the full trail from Seifert Rd. It feels more rewarding when one has to put in a tiny bit more effort :-)

So visit, enjoy, appreciate, and leave it as you found it.
