It's still winter and the driveway still needed shoveling three days in a row so it's still a great time to post white photographs. right? I'm sharing just one photograph today. It's a special one, a place that became one of my favorite for several reasons.

It's in my back yard, about a 10-minute drive thus easy and quick to get to in different seasons, different weather, different light, with different equipment. It's on a nice small rural back road that is great not only for a slow drive but also to ride either on a bicycle or a motorcycle with a camera on standby.

Some of these photogenic structures fare well and are still maintained, others do not have such a good luck and I have seen and photographed their deterioration and eventual fall. There's no way to know ahead of time. I certainly wish all of them could survive for years to come but should they succumb to the advance of time I am glad I at least preserved their memory.
