A while back, I had lived in Prague for about six years and enjoyed every day of it. And even all the years did not come close to me seeing and experiencing everything that the capital of the Czech Republic had to offer. Now I only have a chance to visit once every few years and for a very limited amount of time, which is always painful. So many places to see! The old, the new, all of it!

It is also always very exciting! Landing in the Prague airport and stepping out of the terminal is very special and so is the bus ride into the heart of the city, even if it is just a brief initial tour on the way to the train or bus terminal for a connection. Still!

On this occasion I only had a day to wander the streets of Prague and opted for the Tourist in Prague approach hitting the top touristy spots. And of course, that would be all on foot, a part of the deal and the magic of this ancient city.
