There's no denying it, the colors are coming. Showing up in high elevations first, slowly to fill the mountain sides and spill down to the valleys. I've always found the colors of the fall a great combination with waterfalls. That pure white of the water surrounded with such a colorful palette just draws me in to stare, to enjoy, and to photograph.
Since the colors did not burst yet in the Buffalo, NY area I am taking you a few years back in today's post. We're heading on a truly beautiful hike in the Shenandoah National Park in Virginia that will take us along two humming creeks with many small and larger cascades and waterfalls. Enjoy the hike!
